You should consider spending a bit more money for safety pads and nets because they can reduce the risk of injury. A safety pad covers the outer frame and the springs and hooks of the trampoline. The safety net, on the other hand, is used to cover the inside of the outer rail of the same equipment. The outer rail is the circular bar into which the springs and hooks are attached and located. Having such extra accessories will help prevent falls to the ground and onto the hard surface of the equipment itself where the accidents commonly take place.
Also, make sure that the steel tubes are thick enough to support heavy weights to prevent breakage. Don’t forget to check the weight of the equipment. It should not be too light, because this may cause the thing to move around and flip when it is used.

You should follow some safety guidelines to prevent injuries. When choosing a place for your trampoline, make sure that it is clear from any hazards such as sofas, tables, fences and trees. Never, ever place the trampoline on a hard surface such as concrete. A fall to a concrete floor is much more hurtful than on a wooden surface.
But, if you don’t have a grassy lawn or wooden surface, you can purchase some sand to go around your equipment. Tie the trampoline down. Always encourage the users to jump at the center of the equipment. Never let other kids go underneath it when someone is still jumping on top. And lastly, when it is not in use, make sure to keep it dry and to protect it from excessive sunlight. If the trampoline gets wet or overexposed to UV rays, its parts might get corrode easily.
